1. Digital Services & Software
Due to the nature of custom software development and digital service fulfillment, Techs Webs Systems Limited generally does not offer refunds once development work has commenced or a digital product/API has been delivered.
2. Retainer and Maintenance Contracts
Monthly maintenance and support retainers may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Refunds will not be provided for the current active billing cycle in which the cancellation occurs.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a strict case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Techs Webs Systems Limited management if a service cannot be delivered due to technical impossibilities on our end.
