2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific Master Services Agreement (MSA), Cyber Cella retains the intellectual property rights to pre-existing code libraries used in your project. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the custom-developed software as intended.

By using our services, you represent that all registration and project information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Techs Webs Systems Limited, its directors, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the software we develop or our website.
